Yesterday I was listening to Adam Carolla’s podcast with the Hotrod, Rowdy Roddy Piper. It totally ruled because Piper was telling old stories about when he first started wrestling. If you’re a wrestling fan and especially one from the eighties you should definitely check this podcast out! Of course it’s funny too, but how could it not be since it’s Adam Carolla.  So if you like funny stuff and you like wrestling then this is definitely a win win for you and you should check it out!

On Tuesday I remembered that TNA was coming on on Monday so I thought I missed the new TNA with the Hulkster in charge, but they were playing it on Thursday so I got lucky! If you were ever a fan of Nitro back in the late Nineties then this TNA was for you. Not only was Hulk Hogan there, but he also brought Scott Hall, Sean (X-Pac, 123 Kid, Syxx), Waltman, The Nasty Boys, Val Venus, Ric Flair, Bubba The Love Sponge, Orlando Jordan, Jeff Hardy!!!, and Eric Bischoff. I’m probably forgetting someone, but the point is it was super awesome seeing all the old faces again. This episode was three hours long. I hope that’s their new format too because as much as I like seeing all the old faces like Hardy and hall and I want to see them I the ring I also want to see Daniels, The Motor City Machineguns, Samoa Joe, and people like that in the ring too so with three hours Ihope they can equalize it and mix it up too with the old guys wrestling the new guys.

I waited all week to find out what the fall out was going to be from Lockdown. Bobby Lashley? I’ll just have to see how that plays out for now. It’s funny they introduced Trevor Murdoch from the WWE as The Outlaw Jethro Holiday. It’s cool that The Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels is back even though he never left since he was Curry Man, but Curry Man isn’t the same as Daniels and so it will be cool to see Daniels be Daniels for a while. It was cool to see Mick Foley run around town all week with the Heavy Weight Title in candid videos. The best one was the one where he was seeing his kids onto the school bus. This leads me to wonder what’s going to happen with Foley now that he’s the champ. Jarret puts him in a four-way at Sacrifice to punish him and then Foley punishes Jarret for doing that by putting him in a match with Steiner last night. I can’t help but wonder where this is going. There could be several awesome paths this could take. Jarret and Foley as co-owners could feud all the time putting Foley into some sort of pseudo-Stone Cold role. Jarret could take position as head of the Frontline and Foley could take position within the mafia, but where does that leave Lashley? Foley could be a wild card and do whatever he wants whenever hew wants. That’s what he’s been doing lately. Jarret could hire yet another legend to take Foley out. The Stone Cold or the Wild Card lines seem the most probable, but who knows we’ll just have to wait and see. After all, that’s the fun part.
